The Barrowland manager has kindly agreed that the we can provide some practical support to NEMIS.
From today we will feature a new Scottish band on the Barrowland site every month.
To get your band featured is easy all we need is a promo on CD sent to the following address:
Diamond Dog
1/1/50 Mavisbank Gardens
GLASGOW G51 1HL
We will then encode two tracks of your choice to MP3 and post them on the Barrowland site.
The Rules are simple and fair!
You must be based in Scotland
No tracks containing swearing as kids visit the site.
No cover versions due to copyright issues
Do Not email me MP3 as we cannot afford to spend hours downloading emails and if our
mail gets clogged !
You
will not be published !!!!
Please be patient and wait your turn as we can only do one band a week.
The rules for accompanying PR (wise) are also simple!
No more than one page of A4 Text
Hyperlinks must be checked and
working
Pictures must be in Gif or JPEG format and must not exceed 150KB
Again no swearing.
I retain the right to maintain editorial control.
I think it is a fair a progressive deal and I look forward to showcasing the first promo that hits my door-mat.
