Farmers Market

Now firmly established on the last Saturday of every month is the highly successful Farmers Market. It takes place in the courtyard of the Barras Centre between Moncur Street and Stevenston Street in the heart of the market. It starts at 8:00am and producers sell out generally around lunchtime

On sale you will find organic fruit and vegetables, organic and quality assured meat, smoked trout and salmon, organic bread, free range, duck and quail eggs, honey combs, smoked cheeses, ostrich meat, wild boar, Tamworth pork, venison and loads more.

All produce on sale is sold by the producer direct to the customer and you will be amazed at the information you can glean from the farmers about their produce.
